Delivery Times and Costs?

We will dispatch your orders from Melbourne, Australia. Orders received by 1.00pm will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after 1.00 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

If an item is out of stock and remains on back order from the manufacturer for more than 72 hours we will contact you via email. Please check your email to be kept up the date with the whereabouts of your purchase.

We use Australia Post E-Parcel Service for all deliveries.

International orders are dispatched in 24 hours, and sent via Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post outlining your parcel tracking information.

You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website, simply by entering the tracking number provided.

Tips to ensure your delivery arrives on time:

• If there’s a chance no one will be at home during business hours, it is better to supply a work address for delivery.
• If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.
• If you would like Australia Post to leave your order at your house, please tell us in the ‘note’ section when payment is made.

All International shipments

• For international orders, postage costs will depend on the weight of the order.

Optional insurance is also available on request for large orders, these will be calculated and advised accordingly by email.

Estimated Delivery Times within Australia (as per Australia Post guidelines).

We use these times as an estimate. Australia Post is generally very good with their delivery, however deliveries can take longer than the estimated delivery times.

If your purchase is on backorder, you will be emailed and the purchase will be sent out as soon as we receive it.
