Ibuprofen (Nurofen) Can Inhibit Ovulation

Can’t blame anyone for this – as you have been aggressively marketed to for generations now.
NSAID’s can do the job, they may dull the pain. However, this fast relief comes at a cost.

Correcting ‘Australian Posture’ – Chronic Back Pain
Case History: Chronic Lower Back Pain, Forward Head Carriage and ‘Australian Posture’
Mr. M. is a 44 year old male sales and office worker who attended the Practice. Yes a real patient, real person.
He was suffering with chronic lower back pain (CLBP). He had been enduring spinal pain for 25 years and things were getting progressively worse.
In terms of postural distortion; Mr. M. had what we affectionally call an ‘Australian Posture’. Australian Posture is something we commonly see in Practice and is a driver of many lower back and neck conditions.
Australian Posture is the forward translation of the torso and head forward of the vertical green axis line, in the manner you see below. Not only does this create tremendous pressure on the lower back, but also the neck and shoulders.
Mercantile v Thames ‘A’ – Wyfold | Henley 2018 Semi-Finals
Mercantile put in a very impressive performance racing against Thames ‘A’ in the semi finals of the Wyfold Cup at the Henley Royal Regatta.
Proving very slippery at the start, Mercantile opened up a lead by the end of the Island and built from there.
According to the commentators the Mercantile crew was smooth, long, very classy performance. Right up until the small crisis at 3.30 with their steering.

Mercantile v Bewdley – Wyfold | Henley 2018 Day 2
Mercantile put on a very dominant display against some previous Henley winners from Bewdley.
Very early lead to Mercantile by the Island and then settled for the paddle home.
Some entertaining commentary at 3.10 about Mitchell Hooper in the 3 seat who had a ‘brother’ (cousin) racing for Cambridge. Mitchell is apparently working as blacksmith on a beef farm. Not sure how he fits in time to study at Monash.
Great win for Mercantile today.
